A booking is confirmed once your deposit is received. Prices are per person and may change until the deposit is paid, but are locked in after confirmation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure unless stated otherwise. We accept major cards; payments are processed by PCI-compliant third parties.
Refund amounts depend on how close to departure you cancel. See our Cancellation options page for the exact windows.
Travelers are expected to follow guide instructions and local laws. We reserve the right to remove a traveler from a trip without refund for unsafe or disruptive behavior.
We work with vetted local operators but aren't liable for delays, weather, or third-party service disruptions outside our control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
We may update these terms occasionally; the version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that trip.
